Muscle pain
Do you mean Osteoporosis? I have arthritis and that sounds like what you may have. There are medications that can help. I’m having total hip replacement in Mar. Ask your PCP to send you to see a Specialist. Good luck. I know these things can be really bad. Hang in there, God bless.

Yes look at arthritis. Also are you double jointed or loose jointed as this causes muscular and nerve Pain?
No
I think you need to have your pain assessed. It may not be anxiety.People with osteoporosis often have some bone and skeletal pain.I think because you have anxiety your pain is being lumped in with it.First off go private for a one off consultation with a consultant anaesthesiologist.Ask for your pain to be checked just incase sonething has been missed.I did this . It cost 150.00 pounds .My pain had been ignored by my docs for a long time and i was desperate 13 years i had some pain meds but no where near strong enough.Within half an hour of very close questioning. To get a full picture of my health ,i was precribed for the fist time the febtanyl patches that i neefed to control constant severe pain all over my body due to profound fibromyalgia and very severe M.E. Once the pain was controlled i could think straight again and no longer felt i couldnt go on.The doc then wrote a letter to give to my own gp and for the meds to continue being supplied by the N.HS . This meant that from then on it was like a mormal pre ription. I think a lot of your anxiety and depression is down to unresolved pain .be advised it is not a quick fix. I was told i would be on that patch for life as no one gets off it .It is a 100 times stronger than heroin. It the right pain med for me. Ive been in severe pain 17 years now,It controls my pain 85% of the time and i use top up tramadol to cope with breakthrough pain. i also had to cope with some feelings of withdrawal before it was due for the patch to be changed .that was worked out by the pain clinic. You must also ask to be referred to the pain clinic. It doesnt matter where the pain comes from ,it is still pain ,they can offer you help just like every body else.Borrow the money if you must. It is the only way i know to get past a reluctant g.p. there is no comeback because doctors always defer to anaesthesiologists . There bread and butter is pain. They know far more about pain than your regular doc . Who gets very little training in pain management by comparison. i managed to go private and it turned out that that doc said he would see me in the nhs pain clinics therafter. It is common for local pain clinic docs to have sone private practise.Phone around a d see if any work at your local pain clinic for ongoing managment following your private initial consultation. I think if your pain is controled your anxiety will lessen. Your depression will lessen for obvious reasons .show me someone in constant pain and i will show you someone who is depressed. This is the only way i knoow to handle this. I was a nurse and i couldnt find my way around the pain problem until someone like me advised me exactly as i have advised you .Start with looking up any private pain doctors in yor area. Check if they work in nhs pain clinic as well ask can they see you and go on from there.
Good luck
I agree with everything you said. My local NHS pain clinic was unexpectedly awesome though short waiting time and I got new prescriptions and spinal injection which has given me a much better quality of life
I had my pain assesed and I have osteopotosis and kyphosis and pain from my anxiety.
Ps. Im not suggesting that you will get a patch like me,,your meds will depend on severity and type of pain. Only people who are opiate tolerant due to many years taking opiates are usually offered such patches. You may need just ordinary painkillers ,the type will be decided in your case to suit your cicumstances. I just want to point that out as paindocs have loads more options than patches . It is just patches was the right med for my circumstances . Best of luck .
