Not so much anxiety, but any sleep aid is prone to causing drowsiness or a hangover feeling the next day. The active ingredient in Tylenol PM that helps you sleep is diphenhydramine which is the same as Benadryl.
Lm92 is correct. Google "Benadryl Hangover." As an anxious person, I try never to take it except for an allergic reaction.
