I just discovered by doing some searching that if your adrenal glands are off, your adrenals play a big factor. I just ordered a Cortisol supplement today. Has anyone done any checking? or is anyone on a Cortisol "supplement" for their anxiety?

My holistic doctor checked my Cortisol 2 weeks ago. Mine were borderline low and because of this I have adrenal fatigue and this could be causing some of the anxiety hell I been dealing with. I started the supplement she gave me today.
