Can your heart rate be too low mine is 48 right now it's causing me to be anxious

They say the lower your heart rate the healthier you are. I've gotten 52 or so while sitting relaxed at work.. Then sometimes it sits at 90 for what seems like no reason at all. I'd imagine that rapid heart rate would be more of a concern however.

Oh my heart rate right now resting is 52 and my pulse ox is 92 I'm kind of worried about the pulse ox being low

I used to feel the same way. Before it was too fast. Then after my beta blocker it got slower. So it was scary. Now its just kinda like if you dont have any other symptoms and feel fine, ur prob ok. I called my doc when I thought mabye mine was"too low", and just had to lower my dose. If you have insurance theres always a 24 nurse line. Get some reassurance. Hope you are feeling better.
