I'm tired of all this shit saying see your doctor or contact someone or do something.
Doctors say you just want a pill others , get a life. I'm stuck in a remote situation with no way out and no friends to talk to. My friend is the dunny which I spend a lot of time crying and looking for something. Oh shit . Let's see what this useless letter brings.
I hate to say it but sometimes the only person you can count on is yourself. I find the best way to "beat" anxiety is improving yourself and setting goals. Exercising, eating healthy, having positive thoughts. Telling yourself that you can do this and not putting yourself down. Look for the positives in life instead of the negatives. My doctor recommended pills for me as well and I laughed in his face. I found other methods that work for me. Theres plenty of alternatives for anxiety. Hope this helps and best of luck.

You can do some online courses (cognitive behaviour therapy - CBT) yourself or you can do guided therapy with a mental health professional using Skype.
I've been burnt too many times to open up. I even went to a priest once for a confidential chat and he blurted about me when all i wanted was someone to talk to. Ive become suspicious and distrust EVERYONE. I suppose I ll just stay here in this head looking out and wait for ....
