Could lack of sleep cause anxiety?! I can fall asleep fine but the lack of sleep is due to my kids. I have a 3 yr old and an 8 month old. I don't think I've gotten a proper night sleep in 4 yrs. I feel like if I don't sleep well enough I wake up with a fuzzy feeling in my head or dizzyish like. Is this normal?! Has anyone else experienced this before?!
