Try downloading some guided meditation apps. I find them a great help when I can't switch my brain off

Hi, I have used the rescue remedy more than once a day quite often and have found it effective .. In fact I keep it by bedside so that I can use it if I feel I need it in the night. Of course not "MAGIC" -unfortunately but it does help. Give it a try and hope it works for you!!!!

Hey tigglypoo,

I suffer alot from my mind racing and not letting me sleep and normally the the rescue relief apps aren't that effective for me because my mind races even when. Im trying to just calm down, but if they work for you then right on! But if not here's a few tips that helped me with it.

It's not something I can cure at the time of going to bed I work throughout the day to help it.

When you wake in the morning take 5-10 minutes to do a little bit of cardio exercise just some jumping jacks and anything else you feel comfortable doing and then stretch and stretch good I can't stress the difference this makes throughout your day, if you do it every morning.

Next the apps don't work for me because my mind races on the idea I didn't accomplish as much as I wanted in the day, so for my immediate meditation relief I began to study tai chi, as it was something that was not only rexlaing to do but I know that I was practicing and getting better at something while I was rexlaing and focusing on moving my own energy around. Tai chi may not sound like the thing for you and that's cool but I would recommend finding something like yoga or something else that you can do that is rexlaing and at the same time know your getting better at something as it will ease your racing mind,

Sorry I know this was long but these were bigs helps to me and maybe they will be to you too :) good luck!!!
