I got about 5 hours of sleep last night cause I was up late helping someone study.
Today I’m feeling the following:
-Uncomfortable body
-Trouble Thinking/Understanding at first
-heavy eyes
-moving feels like a task
-muscle weakness
-can’t sit still have to move legs around
-scared feelings or doom feeling
-worrying I’ll have a health issue
-zoning out badly
-if I lay in bed I get a full body twitch like when you’re super relaxed
-Hard to move around stiff
-Trouble focusing/going blank
-feel a bit loopy
Is this all from not enough sleep? I keep thinking I’m having a terrible health issue of some sort. I think that’s from the anxiety.
