Hi new to this lost my wife and month ago I cared for her a alot of years I also been really poorly with anxiety and deppression for months now I have constantly been in and out of professionals in also have heath anxiety things seem to much can't cope anymore

You will find that this forum has men and women of different ages who have gone through similar experiences. Their strength will become your strength as you begin to interact. You will know that you are not alone which helps in itself with anxiety and depression. Many people have suffered losses and you will hear ways others have approached the grieving process. Going into health anxiety is not uncommon when having going through a traumatic life event.

In the professionals you have been seeing, I hope that one of them is a therapist who can help you get your grief, fears and concerns out in the open so that they can be addressed. You don't want to push these feelings away. Express what you feel, you don't have to be strong for anyone.

Whenever you feel overwhelmed with emotions, come to the forum. Release your fears, your concerns, it's cathartic. Remember you are never alone
