I keep feeling like i'm going to pass out

All day I've felt lightheaded, shaky and sick. It won't go away no matter what I do. I feel like I'm going to faint. Don't know what to do now.

Just lay down and catch yourself for a moment and I hope you feel better

Oh wow that's how I felt all day today as well. I couldn't even make it outside without feeling lightheaded and sick, so I stayed in my bed all day. I felt terrible like I was dying or something.
