So my little brother who's about 10 wakes up in the middle of the night sometimes in a terrified State of mind crying and says he's in pain he panics and curses and says random stuff and when u talk to him he dosent really understand and walks away from you kinda looks like he possessed and I eventually calm him down but I feel like he's still sleeping like he's having a nightmare while in pain and is awake and walking at the same time anyone know what this is or how I could help ? And he Disney remember any of it

Hi this does sound like night terrors or some form of sleep walking best not to wake them while they are happening but keep them safe. My 4 year old sometimes has them stress or anxiety could trigger it in an older child but I find when my daughter is really overtired or coming down with something this triggers it for her. Suggest a trip to the docs but try and think what may be triggering it? X
Yah the problem is I have to wake him cause he'll try to leave the house or where we're staying at like he walked out of the Hotel we stayed at and wandered around crying in the hall ways
