Rainy day

Hey all it's been a few days since I posted. I've been okay.. got a few new books from the library. But anyway, I took a nap and woke up throughout the nap here n there... I was anxious feeling each time I woke up but was able to go back to sleep. Now that I'm up and showered again I feel so heavy, my body is aching, and I have a slight headache. I'm wondering if this is because I was so anxious in my sleep (I finally accept anxiety can cause physical pain) or is it because of this rain.. It's very rainy and muggy.

You may be feeling heavy and hurting a little by the positions you were in during your nap. Wish I had a cart load of calm warm cats to send you to curl up with you.

Somedays we get the bear, and some days the bear gets us, doesn't it.

Good to hear from you, and you are doing a very constructive activity for your mind....reading and then letting it rest with a nap.

Have you called and talked with anyone today? Might be helpful to get you out of the blues, and maybe some of the anxiety for a few minutes. xoxo

Thank You! I love cats.. I'm looking to adopt a kitten now. I have a fur baby of about 14 years now (my big baby lol) but I have talked a little on the phone... I don't know what my deal is. My Grandmother used to say "everyday can't be a good day nor a fun day" now I see what she meant lol.
