I'm 28 male and have had head pressure and off balance walking for nearly two weeks, I've had this before, but don't know if it's the same feeling, it started feeling like I was tired aches, I don't know what too do, doing so much self diognosing at the moment!

Hi it's probably plugged ears cause of a head cold and tense neck muscles combined. I had that in the spring and when thinking of the way it feels and why you feel that way gets the anxious feelings going which just exaggerates the symptoms of feeling unbalanced. Anxiety is just awful isn't it? Use a heating pad, it helps.Take care

Please don't self diagnose take it from me I did it and it only made my anxiety worse.

As for the discomfort maybe humidifier or getting some air might help?

Hello....in stead of self-diagnosing, think you might want to see your GP. If you have an inner ear infection, that could affect your head and your balance.Feel better soon.

Happened twice to me. Once it was from swimming and got water in my ears, and the other time was whiplash which I learned is easier to get when you're under stress.
