Hi disbelief88, Unfortunately, it happens to all of us from time to time. Just when we think everything is under control and our anxiety is a past memory, it raises it's ugly head. I'm sorry for that but do not lose hope. It will go away as it did once before. Hopefully you now know the methods you can use to lower the symptoms including acceptance. Somehow, a thought, a life changing event even a sound, scent or lighting can cause fear to course through our body and raise the adrenaline level. It's worse when anxiety has been gone for a while since we tend to feel it like the first time. Out of nowhere and for no reason. I hope you will be okay but please continue coming to the forum for the support and understanding you need right now. Take care.

same thing is happening to me after months of anxiety free living...just have to try and find out if there was a trigger for it coming back and deal with that.

But sometimes you can never work out how this illness operates and just enjoy the good times when you have them..it can frustrate me but will never beat me....john
