Blood clot in my liver

They have found s blood clot in my liver and vein going to my gallbladder. I'm super scared. Seeing a specialist tomorrow 😩

Of course you will feel super scared , the word blood clot would scare most of us and we would react just like you but

First they have found the problem which if there is going to be a problem it is positive they have caught it

Secondly you are seeing a specialist straight away which is positive as they can start any treatment they think needed and get this sorted

Thirdly it can be quite easily treated , sometimes medication alone is all that is needed

So I know you will panic but try and stay focused on the positives , take deep breaths , maybe start writing a list of everything you want to ask and is concerning you for when your go tomorrow so you can get all the answers you want to help to give you peace of mind

They said my liver enzymes were okay, so that makes me feel better. My husbands going out and buying me a new bedroom comforter set to make me feel better lol.... 😊

It's just scary to hear blood clot at age 25 and for it to be on my liver. I've never even drank alcohol lol but anyways I'm trying to stay positive

Good husband you have there

Of course it will scare you like I said it would most but once you start to calm down you have to then start thinking positive and more realistic about the situation and I know that is not easy to do but when someone looking in starts to point them out to us we can take them on board

I am sure everything will be ok , you are now seeing the right people to make sure that it is and they will sort this all out for you , they are experts

Don't forget to make that list with all the questions that may be worrying you so they can answer them all for you because I know when we are anxious everything just flies out of our heads and then we can feel so annoyed because we have forgot to ask certain things that we wanted to know
