Possible prolapse disc ?

So for the last 2 years ive had leg pain in my left leg, and now lower back pain, especially when touching and pressing my spine.

I went to the doctor this morning who examined me, and he said it could be a possible slipped disc. So he has referred me to physio.

However, google has told me about spine tumours/cancers. Is this possible with my symptoms. Worrying like mad!!

Hi, I had this years ago and it was a slipped disc that was pressing on the sciaticic nerve. Lower back pain, all down right leg to the toes for months before i had an operation. Hope this helps.

What worries me is that ive had it for over 2 years. The doctor didnt seem worried, however my mind runs wild with alsorta of sinister causes :/

I don't think I ever followed up with this.

I went to physio who did some leg excersises and examined me by stretches, bending, squats and she said it didn't have a slipped disc.

Nothing else was done, apart from she told me to go to the gym. I have been going to the gym, but no change. It is unbearable pain right now
