Does anyone gets sleep paralysis while sleeping.Is it because of anxiety.Today I had experienced it seems.I m afraid of that experience.

Yes I do! It's awful isn't it?! I had it for years. It got very bad this year and my doctor has referred me to a sleep clinic for it. I do get it more when stressed. I'm not sure what causes it I have ADHD and heard that it's more coming in people with ADHD as are a lot of sleep disorders.
