The things we speak are very powerful.Try affirmations like I am healed, I am happy, I am loved, I am loving, I am grateful, I am happy, I love myself, I am excited about life. Stop claiming these labels such as anxiety, Depression and these other labels. Great Day. ❤

Yes, it seems to be helping as long as I am in my own space though. Another that helps me is saying DELETE DELETE DELETE when a negative thoughts comes. It's like it distracts me and I start thinking about something else.
