Forgot to mention that I have digestive issues aswell could this cause these pains ? I get pain under my sternum kind of and in the bottom of my esophagus when I jump or move to hard even take a deep breath it hurts but can this be causing chest pains like tenderness twitching spasms aching and burning feeling I also burp excessively ..what is this is it fatal?
