I wrote an article about how my ex gave me anxiety. I'm trying my best to stay away and not talk to him but it's not working. I got a new job and go out more and tried getting new hobbies but I still feel anxious when I think about him. I know this all takes time but it's already been around half a year and I still want him in my life. What other things can I do to get over these feelings besides giving it time?
