Yes. I had a massive panic attack with tunnel vision and derealization when I was a teen and it changed my life! I stayed on the trip for a long time and then now as an adult I remember that stupid panic attack and triggered panic and now I'm back to square one. It's hell! The only difference now is that I actually got some help and I am on medication. I'm hoping they start working soon. I also see a phycologist and psychiatrist.
