Pilonidol cyst

Hi guys, has anyone ever had one of these cysts before? I had one last year and had to have surgery. had a sore lower back for days, woke today and there's a lump with a small hole in, not in major pain but causing me a lot of anxiety. Do you think it could've come back? Do I or don't I go to a walk in centre? (Tried to get into doctors but Booked up for days for a change)
