Anxiety and depression

God for blessing thank for keeping me in your prayers but I think my life going to finish cause Dcf singn paper who going to take care of my kids and I tell them my mother going to take care 😥 I'm feeling scared god I don't want die 😥

Ivyqueencrespo34, you are NOT going to die, you are not going to leave your kids without a mother and most importantly you are NOT going to feel like this forever, it WILL pass, believe me. I think you should see your doctor right away with a view to being prescribed some meds that will giveyou a 'holiday' from your bad feelings - and use that time to return to this forum to seek a long term self help solution.

Well I'm feeling like if I was going to die 😥 cause someone it's doing witchcraft on me but I don't believe in witchcraft but bad thing it's happening to me 😭😭😭😭😭

Deep breaths! I often have this feeling. Its a normal part of anxiety I find. At least for me it is. Just try to keep calm and try not to dwell on the negative thoughts. I know this is easier said than done. Are you on any medication? You might want to look into getting put on something that might help eliminate these thoughts.
