I have an appointment with my doctor next week, but feel so horrible i went on the web and was reading that Rhodiola Rosea is a natural remedy that can help with mild stress. Mine is quite high but wondered if this would help until i can see my Dr. Does anyone have any experience of this please? Thanks

I have a couple of friends that this particular herb has been a real blessing for... good luck...do take it as prescribed...it might take a few weeks to really 'kick in'...Take care!
