I have had a stuffy feeling in my nose the past 2 days and I have had shortness of breathe and I'm really scared plz help I'm so scared I'm shaking now I don't want to die I'm going to cry. Sometimes I feel like I can't swallow and I have to try a couple of times till it goes down and I'm scared

Relax, take a few deep breaths. Nobody has died from a stuffy nose. Your breath is probably short because you are panicking. You are making yourself sicker. So yes your nose might be uncomfortable now, but it's really ok. Panicking only makes everything worse. Don't cry. You are fine. You are not in any pain. You are ok.
