Anyone get feelings like you're gonna puke or coming down with the flu one night then wake up the next morning and feel almost 100%?

I feel like this in one hour. Its quite the norm for me, sadly.

Lately I have been having random nausea and upset stomach and then it just goes away I'm wondering if this is a new symptom of anxiety for me?

Yes, I feel nauseous and can't eat. I've lost weight as a result. Adrenaline shoots through my stomach and I feel weak. This is often accompanied by crying my eyes out. Anxiety is a dreadful thing. It affects you physically as well as mentally. I try to find the source of my fear but there is no answer to it. An attack usually starts with a vague feeling of unease which develops into real fear with increased heart rate.It's a vicious circle because then you worry even more in case you have a heart attack. Antidepressants can help.
