Heart palps

Hi everyone I have heart palps on and off when I'm annoyed etc with my anxiety it is on and off too . I have been unhappy at work due to co workers being rude and talking down to me in situations I have tryed to shrug it off but I can't . I cannot leave my job as I depend on it. I'm I just being too sensitive I duno just really annoying me

Hi Ollie, you might be thinking too much into the situation just like I do, I over think everything and my anxiety is through the roof some days, palps are horrible I've been getting them for 3 months none stop I've got a heart monitor on as we speak for 24 hours, I think about my heart constant and other things go around In My stupid head lol at my work some people try and be rude and talk down to me but I'm very hot headed so I do react bak and makes me worse but that's just the way Iam, try and ignore them and just think I'm the better person if u want to talk rude and talk down to me then go ahead, don't think to much into it their not worth it x
