Okay guys so I recently being getting these new symptoms when I lay down I feel like am out of breath almost, but obviously I can breath in and out fine but what's getting me is that when am laying down I feel like am out of breath anybody else suffer with this?

I also suffer with anxiety depression and panic attacks

Although it can be a symptom of heart problems if you feel breathless on lying down, it's most likely to be anxiety, specially if you are still fairly young. For reassurance I would recommend going to see your doctor about this then there will be no doubt.

Yes it's hard for me too sleep because I feel pressure in my chest and out of breath your not alone...
