Hello everyone. I'm back again . Hope you're all well.

Big massive changes for me and I've overcome some huge hurdles. Now the anxiety demon has returned .... why why why when things are good and life is looking up does this happen ?

The heart palps and racing ate thee worst now. Proper fed up now. Thought I was really getting somewhere.

Hi MrsBO8, nice to hear from you but not under these circumstances. I'm sorry the anxiety demon has reappeared in your life. The good thing is that you are better prepared this time around in knowing how to handle him. Everything you did, everything you learned can be used again with good results. You worked hard to get where you are at. Unfortunately, anxiety tends to come about from time to time when we least expect it. Maybe it's a test of some sorts, however, do not let it take hold again. Accept it as a bully, stay strong, stand your ground. Breathe him away, meditate him away, accept him away. You'll win every time. My best, x
