Does anyone feel worse in hot weather especially if it is humid. My heart rate is up today, here in Australia it is 31c and the next week all over 30 degrees.

Well I do have problems with heat, mostly because I never really get heat except summer(Canada) but I always feel when I do get anxiety it is worse, but it could be I don't have school which is a huge trigger for me and when I get it it's really big from being less frequent it lasts longer, hope this helps
