I really liked the video, it makes total sense, I haven't been to see my doctor and I haven't had any tests done, terrified to go.
I just. want this sensation to go.
When it happens it makes me feel so scared and that I can't think straight.
Takes me a while to stop shaking.
Just so terrified.
