Just in a pickle

Hi Everyone , just very lost low and it's not me I feel I can't be bothered about anything anymore.iv been having stomach issues cabt decide if it's ibs or something worse . My little boy has been soo poorly since starting school I have too !and I work full time.Laid awake at the moment sore throat feeling soo anxious just want to sleep soo bad . I'm starting to feel worthless and that no body likes me people talk about me and I am a very private person, I don't do face book I don't want to be forced into social media stuff. I just want to be me deal with stuff but I feel like a horrible caterpillar waiting to hibernate then when I'm good and ready be a butterfly. Help Binkynoo

Hello Binkynoo So sorry to hear how poorly you feel and let's get you to being a butterfly very soon

Not surprised you are feeling so awful with all you are dealing with Now firstly you are not worthless Do you know people talk about you or is that how you feel Surround yourself with nice people and learn to love yourself like your son loves you You are a mum so you are definitely not worthless it's the most important job in the world

Social media good for you for staying away from it it can cause all sorts of misery

Do you find your tummy troubles happen when you are anxious ? It's such a common problem

Working full time and worrying about your son is a lot to handle

From the moment you read this you have to stop these negative thoughts about yourself ok ? Yes I'm being very bossy 😉 You have to start there and realise you are worth it you are going to get better but only if you are kind to yourself Have you seen your doctor ? If not please think about that and any help they offer take as regards talking to someone

Go on You Tube and look at Relaxation videos there are hundreds and they are so wonderful there's all sorts I know there are ones for negative thinking

Rest when you can and be kind to yourself and you can and will turn yourself around and be that beautiful butterfly again

Write down every day 3 things you are grateful for and 3 things you do for other people even if it's just thank you or asking how someone is You will surprise yourself at just how much you have to be grateful for and just how much kindness you show
