Lately I been scared to have a seizure my body feels really shaken and it makes me think I'm having a seizure. When I was sleeping earlier on my body jolted and it woke me up like I literally jumped and my body was feeling shaken again. I find myself obsessing about different illness all the time.

Seizure

fionaleung21, what you are experiencing is not a seizure but an over sensitized nervous system. When you start to go into a deep sleep, the body jumps as it can't relax at that moment.
Hey agora thanks for your reply, reading back on what I've said does sound a bit silly but at the time it did sound like a real threat. Sometimes when I'm up and about and a bit anxious my head gets a bit shakey and I have to try and stop it. Have you ever had that befor?
Happens to me also. Like my senses are on hyper mode almost everyday ever since I developed anxiety last year. I also have tmj issues from my anxiety. I'm always over tensing and tensing muscles without realizing. When I fall asleep I jolt out my sleep. I used todo it multiple times as a teen (22 now). I thought it was a good thing. If I didn't jolt before bed, I'd always have nightmares.
I'm 21 now and also developed anxiety last year I guess I've also had anxiety but it's made me feel awareness of it since I been diagnosed and that's made it so much worse. The night mares are the worse I Often dream about losing my teeth are crunching on them it's horrible
Happens to me once every so often. It truly is a disgusting feeling, Oversensitized nerves.
