Definitely can be if your anxiety levels are high. I get it all the time, breathing always helps

Yep it's weird I've been to doctors about it and they just gave me a blood test Tuesday and didn't say nothing else

Me too i have been to every doctor there is, they always tell me everything is okay, it's just hard to believe when we have all these symptoms 😕
