Hi T123, I have had this experience twice in one week and then never again. The only thing I can attribute it to was going through or over things that had happened to me as a child. So I'm not dwelling on the past so much these days. I can tell you that those dreams were the most terrifying experiences I've ever had. I woke up shaking and crying too scared to move. The fear does leave and you forget the intensity of them after a short time. When they come to mind change your thoughts. It will pass, and while fear is unpleasant it won't hurt you' Sweet Dreams Pam
