Yes James, anyone can have a panic attack. We are human, we feel emotions which may get out of control at times. Young or old, man or woman. It doesn't make us less of a person but stronger for having gone through it.

You know James, even dogs can suffer from panic attacks/anxiety. Fear produces chemicals in their brain like it does in us. I know how much this has been bothering you for a while now.
