hi i am struggling to sleep and whenever i feel like im going to go to sleep i feel really anxious like im going to be sick. these thoughts come back. how do i stop these feelings?

What do you mean by you think you going to become sick? What do you feel?. For me before i go to sleep i just take a bath, hot bath then i lay down, read something positive, think about what i would do tomorrow make plans actually, talk on the phone or text, listen to music or watch tv until i fall asleep, i don't wake up until thr nexr day
feel sick as in those feelings come back and the tightness in my chest knot in my throat and stomach pain. thanks for the advice because ive been this way for a couple of weeks now and i just want to be rid of it.

Try YouTube and look up water stream sounds the one I listen to is constant 11 hours and it helps me wonders
