If you are having bad sleeping problems , I no as I have done it , we can form bad habits
Maybe , set your alarm for 8 or 9 in the morning , I no this might mean you have only had a couple of hours sleep , for the first few days & you will feel tired all day as well , but then , it might help you to go to bed at a better time
Also , during the day , keep yourself as busy as you can , helps to tire ourselves out then

me to i always tell myslf toput your phone further away so you have to reach more to turn it off but i do succeed to turn it off, its just so quick i go back to sleep because id be to tired from not being able to get to sleep for AGES
Meditation might help. My insomnia is so bad that even sleeping pills like Zopiclone don't help much. I'm now on melatonin, which is a natural aid. The first time i took it It gave me some really creepy nightmares tho, the next nights were fine. I manage to have at least 5 hours of sleep. Good luck xxx

I do this, except I do a cold shower AND hot tea afterward. It's hard to get used to, and you don't have to do it for more than 10 minutes (start with slightly warm and go down). Sleep like a dog lol peerdiagnosis.com/urinary-t...
I have the TV on, I can't sleep in the dark or quite.
If i have the telly on i just have to watch it even if its something crap like shopping channel lol
I found that this MP3 recording was helpful - It gives you something to listen to and helps your body relax into a state where sleep can start naturally. You do have to stick with it and use it regularly each night for at least 3 weeks though to re-establish the habit of going off to sleep.
