Need help to overcome my impending doom anyone have any ideas i can use to overcome this nightmare

Hi James, this is a throw back to you having your panic attack in June? That's what it looks like anyway!! Because you've experienced it you now have it hanging over your head and it's planted in your subconscious that it's going to happen again!! Have you had therapy for it? If not you could really do with some because you need to talk about it. Go to your doctor and ask to see someone.

Im seeing my family doctor in a a week but i did get a egk done and it was clear
