Hi everyone hope you guys are doing the best u can so the past 2 weeks I seem to be on high anxiety started with heat on chest with some pain gyn said most likely it's premanopausel listen to my chest said sounded fine im a smoker which I'm so dumb worried always about something happening to me and can't seem to just quit turkey I also need to lose weight anyway I went to a new therapist today sehe seems pretty nice praying that she can help me it's so tiring to worry about things that hasn't happen all the time ugh
