Anxiety and always feeling hot and sweaty

I have health anxiety and lately I always feel hot and sweaty. I have never been a particularly sweaty person. Had some labs done last week and all came back fine. Even when I'm not feeling anxious I get hot and sweaty and in turn makes me feel anxious. Any one else always feel like this.

i have been dealing with the hot and sweaty now for about a month., thought it may be caused by my medicine?not sure, what ever it is, it is very bothersome.and like you say it causes further anxiety.

Thank you for your reply. And yes it makes me so uncomfortable. It is the dead of winter here in Canada. I shouldn't feel this warm all the time. I have to sleep with my window open at night. You never know what your gonna get with anxiety. Tired of it.

I am in British Columbia Amy36 and it has cold here too,,,I also sleep with window wide open and ceiling fan on and glass of ice water by bed. do you take any medicines?

No I don't take any medications. I have clinazopam in my purse and if I'm extremely panicky I will take it. The last time I had to take it was July. I'm only 36 so Dr won't even exhaust the idea of checking hormones. I also see a neurologist regularly for iih. He says it's not related to my condition.
