Omg my whole body feels so itchy it's getting on my nerves ugh.. at least I'm not freaking out from a panic attack.. I rather have the itching body any day yep.. anxiety freaking sux

My whole body itches too. My arms chest back and stomach. Annoying isn't it

Yeah it is it feels like itching from the inside of me like creepy crawlies ugh my head, face,legs, arms, hands,feet every where is this normal anxiety? I know I shouldn't do this but I googled it and it said it could be the liver or kidney or cancer that might be causing the itching WTF it scares me but in not gonna dwell on it because I had the itchy skin for years and it's just gotten wors I'm learning to blow it off.. I'm praying to God I'm ok tho.. I have no insurance to see a doctor to get checked out it sux . I got a CT and a MRI and lot's of blood work done in the ER in August they said I'm a healthy 39 year old. The only thing they found was a abscess in my jaw and I got it removed after my emergen cysurgery they said it's all out and I'm gonna be fine every since the surgery I've been having very bad anxiety panic attacks

Apparently its normal for anxiety but who made this decision I don't know. I've recently had my liver and kidneys checked and is fine so I don't need to worry so either do you. Itching is down to it. I think excess adrenaline can cause the itching. I've terrible health anxiety I worry about everything. My stomach is in pieces recently thats what has me worried now even though I had a ct scan and all is fine in there.

I also get some kind of buzzing in my ears it's weird.. is that normal??

I get that sometimes through Grinding my teeth.

I clench my teeth.. I start itching half of the day and by bed time I have full of anxiety ugh.. At least now I can tell when it's about to happen
