Feel so crap

Well the last 3 night I haven't been able to sleep been wide awake till gone 12 I just feel like crying I feel so emotional atm I have good days and bad days but when I have bad days feels like they drag forever just want this all to end and be back to my normal self again 😕

Believe me sweetie, Thats what we all want. I've been fighting it for at least 55 yrs, (I'm 68) And my mother went through this Fear Anxiety, and Panic her whole life She always used to say she wouldn't wish this on her worst Enemy Its a constant battle, BUT... And thats a big Word, As terrible as it is, it is OUR OWN MIND doing this to us, sooo the only choice we have is keep searching for a way to live with this, to make it better, easier to deal with, and hopefully SOME DAY, get better, or at least get a lot better than we are. We can't give up .... what good will that do ?? There's no place to run. ... Just search for help, and work on it day and nite. Mine is super hard because it hits my stomach first thing, so I can't even go places any place, to get it off my mind, to have some fun, to enjoy something, anything, Its like being in Solitary confinement, which is how they punish prisoners who have been bad ! So remember we're all going through this with you, YOU are not alone Hang in there It could be a lot worse. GOOD LUCK, If you find the magic fix, Let us all no

Thank you for ur reply and yes it is a constant battle trying to deal with it every day! And everyday it's something eles for me I get different symptoms every day some days I get hardly anything n I wish there was a cure for all of this to go away and never come back! I was always going out befor shopping to see my family now I can't even do that I only manège to go to the shop down the road and that's it even then I stress out when I'm in the shop!
