I used to check my blood pressure......at least 3times a day temperature 3 times day.......sometimes in the middle of the night.
Hi James, I think that was the first thing I did and realized I had anxiety issues. Checking my pulse with everything I did. I literally had my fingers on my pulse whenever I sat down or stopped for a moment. That and taking my blood pressure. It was a hard habit to break but I did. We all tend to get obsessed with our heart when anxious.

I would check my heart alot and I would check my blood pressure over and over again,well I managed to stop checking my blood pressure but the heart thing I still do,I hate anixety but I try not to let it get the better of me.
yep!! thats what lead me to panic attacks and being afraid to go out in case my heart will go up and i would die! what i did to reduce it was to completely stop checking my pulse no matter what im doing and keeping in the present moment
I have an app on my phone and everytime i have an anixety attack i check my pulse cause u can't physically see me having attack i can feel my breathing faster so in a way it helps me to know im not faking cause my pulse does go up.x
Yeah I wear a fitbit and have to turn the heart rate monitor off as I kept constantly checking it which made my anxiety a lot worse as any slight raise I was panicing.. break the habit and try stop
