I wake up every night scared as hell thinking I'm going to pass out or die. I get dizzy, and my heart beats fast. I wake up feeling sick to my stomach. & constantly have the fear I have cancer or something like that. I also have these strange feelings where I feel as if life isn't real and I'm dreaming or something like that. Please help me

I feel the same way. I thought I was the only one that felt like this. It sucks . You're not alone. Have you tried going to the doctor?
