Does anyone else gets achey arms shoulds n chest ?

Oh yes kirst-2014. I have Fibromyalgia which just adds to the stress of anxiety. My muscles are always very tight and painful but I've learned to live with it. For pain, I use hot baths, meditation and deep breathing and microwave heat paks. Since it's chronic, I stay away from pain pills even OTC. You are not alone kirst... Feel better.

Thankyou this is the first time I've ever had any tense pain in my shoulders/arms! Got abit scared

kirst-2014, everyone's health issue is different. It's always best to have it looked into if it is interfering with your quality of life. Anxiety though does play hard on our muscles.

I no I'm just having a bad time at the min n going threw alot it ain't helping my anxiety at all thankyou for replying
