Hello I suffer with anxiety since March 2016 ' I actually passed out at home because I panicked so much over seeing blood coming from my mouth x which turned out to be an abcist on my tooth x but since then I have had anxiety x nit goid at first x but u have learned to deal with it sone what x at first u used to just take myself to my bedroom and listen to relaxing music for half hour to an hour x or read a book for a while x or try and do a bit if walking or exercise if able to x it does all help x I ve found that it has eased off alot to what it is x but do still have iff days x but I do talk to this anxiety and tell it to bugger off as I do not have time for it in my life x try not to fight it x but just try to keep yourself busy keeping your mind on something else x it's nit easy going x but in time it will cease x good luck x but do please try these methods x I learnt this as I went to anxiety clinic x let me know how you get on x sue x 😆
