Right i take quite a few meds for my condition, i have my toast in the morning with a couple of coffees before i medicate.my 1st tablet round consists of 13 pills i can have a flat tummy up till my next meal as soon as i eat i bloat up its not fat tummy trouble lol its rock hard and round i take ranitidine to combat it but no joy,Any tips on trying to solve the riddle i no my meds can and do bung me up but i take senna i have laxido sachets and eat bran ,I can though when i am bloated tend not to eat in a day no more than 1 meal. does anyone else have this problem .

You could try probiotics!! Ask in your nearest health food shop which might be good for you with your problems 👍

Had the same problem, doctor put me on omeprazole and it works for me.
