no, but I am on my 3rd night of drinking nighty night tea by traditional medicinals, for my insomnia and I have to say it truly helps me sleep better

Didn't help me - but we're all different, may work for you. Valerian doesn't do me either, basic chamomile I find best I had to search for a reasonable priced nighty night tea which gets good reviews, have ordered and will try this as body gets used to chamomile
