I dont like this anxiety and depressing.

I been deal wit depressing snice 2012. My anxiety started last year 2016 of the passing of a best friend. I used to be so joyful and happy. And now i dont know who im am anymore, just awhile ago i was cleaning and everything was find till i started washing my dog and all of a sudden my legs and whole body felt like i was gonna collapse. I get a heavy head wit a stiff neck, shaking inside my body feeling hot and cold ,my feel and hands be cold my hands be clammy, feeling like im pass out ect. Im only 30 years old wit too girls.
